What is the best way to contact Soul Knit?

What size shirt/hoodie should I get?
Soul Knit apparel are unisex sizing and fit true to size. If you prefer the oversized look, I recommend sizing one up! Please refer to our sizing chart below.

I can't wait to receive my order! When will it ship?
Due to COVID-19, shipping times are experiencing delays. Please allow up to 14 days for your order to process and ship. Orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days after being shipped! Once your order has shipped, it is in the control of USPS. Soul Knit is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during shipment. Thank you for being so patient with us, we're excited for you to receive it!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally to all countries supported by the USPS! You may check out the available countries here. We are more than happy to encourage individuals around the world to live with intention and love. We offer an International Flat Rate of $12.00 with the minimum purchase of one sweater ($34). If you purchase 2-4 sweaters ($68 - $136), the International Flat Rate for shipping is $10. Orders placed higher than these amounts will be shipped using USPS Priority International Mail/Express, and the rate will then reflect by the weight of the package.

International shipping rates include insurance and tracking, but do not reflect any additional customs duties/import taxes/arrival fees. Customs duties and import taxes vary from country to country, and recipients will be responsible for paying these to their country's customs or tax department to receive the package/upon arrival. Soul Knit is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during shipment. Thank you for being so patient with us, we're excited for you to receive it!

Where do I put in the info about what custom word I want on my second sleeve?/ I forgot to write in my custom details!
Sleeve customization options and details will be available to fill out at checkout. There will be a Notes box for you to enter what custom word you would like on your sleeve. If you purchased a customized sleeve and did not input the details at checkout, please contact us at support@soulknit.co.

Please indicate the Sweater Color(s) and EXACT word/spelling you would like. Example: [COLOR - CUSTOM WORD]

Max 15 characters not including spaces. Numbers/Special characters (! ? & - . :) allowed.

Am I able to exchange or return my order?
Unfortunately, since each order is custom and made to order, all sales are final.

My order came damaged in the mail, what do I do?
Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the USPS. Soul Knit is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during shipment. However, we will do our best to make sure that your experience with Soul Knit is simple and joyful. Please contact us at support@soulknit.co or DM us on Instagram to discuss further actions.

Oh no, I missed out on a collection! Will you ever restock them again?
Maybe! Popular styles may come back, however we cannot guarantee a certain design may ever return. Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page so you're always in the know about future collections! :)

What does pre-order mean?
Thank you so much for supporting our pre-orders! This means that the piece is not quite released yet, but you can be one of the first people to lock in your order to receive it. Pre-orders often have limited quantity, so make sure to get yours while you can :) They typically run for around 1-2 weeks and your order will be processed within 14 days after you order. Orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days after being shipped.
